normal;">施工时山海路交通组织到东侧临时导改路双向4车道通行，北向南车流向南行驶至山海快速路高架桥东侧辅路时通过桥下导改车道转到高架桥西侧辅路往南通过路口。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">施工期间，山海路高架桥凤鸣路下桥匝道以北主线和凤鸣路上桥匝道合流点以北主线桥均全封闭，过往车流通过凤鸣路与山海快速路辅路交叉口通行。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><strong>绕行方案：</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space:
